If your dress isn’t a pre-order, it will be on its way as soon as it’s ready! Thank you for your patience, beautiful things take time, and we promise it’s worth the wait! ✨

Every Cyra piece is made with love, not mass-produced, so we take every order personally. 💕 Shipping takes 1-2 weeks after production, and you’ll get a tracking number once it’s on its way!

Every Cyra piece is crafted with love, whether it’s from our handmade collection or a custom order. Because of this, we don’t accept returns, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help!

If there’s a major issue or defect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll do our best to assist you.

For rare exceptions:
✔️ The dress must be unused, in perfect condition, with tags attached.
❌ Worn, altered, or tagless items can’t be returned.
❌ Custom-made, special-size, or personalized designs are final sale.
